SALVADOR BENEDICTO

Focusing on creative, modern and ambitious cooking, with an emphasis on beautiful presentation, Salvador Benedicto is the mastermind of Cassio’s delicious cuisine. He has described his creations as “a modern way to showcase his culture and gastronomy while learning from the Asian cuisines and chefs.”​

 

Originally from Barcelona in Catalonia, chef Salvador quickly gained success, working with legendary chefs and iconic restaurants in Spain. Starting his career in the kitchen of Michelin-starred “Saüc” in Barcelona by Xavier Franco, he became a master of combining food from the depths of the sea and heights of the mountains skillfully and thoughtfully. 

 

Developing and honing his love for beautiful food has won chef Salvador several accolades, including the FRIPAN cooking competition and Nestlé pastry challenges. 

 

At Cassio, chef Salvador masterfully blends various cuisines while showcasing his Spanish roots in the form of tapas and other small dishes to share. Bringing guests on a journey of flavours, textures and cooking traditions, chef Salvador represents his region perfectly, bringing unique and delicious Spanish cuisine to Cassio.
