Cassio brings to Hong Kong a Selection of the most iconic and favorite Tapas, with authentic Spanish products cooked for native Spanish Chefs.  They may be cold (such as mixed Jamon de Bellota and Manchego cheese) or warm (such as Croquetas, which are crispy and creamy, fried Lobster and prawn balls).


In select bars in Spain, tapas have evolved into an entire, and sometimes sophisticated, cuisine. Cassio will show you from the tradition to the delicate modern touch of all these famous ingredients.



Salvador Benedicto’s cooking style fits perfectly in Hong Kong. The result is creative, modern, ambitious and with an incredible focus on design cooking. This Catalan chef has often described his cuisine as “a modern way to showcase his culture and gastronomy while learning from the Asian cuisines and chefs”

Originally from Barcelona, Catalonia, chef Salvador was able to learn from the best in his region and became quickly involved with legendary chefs and iconic restaurants in Spain. 

His first experience was in the kitchens of 1 Michelin star restaurant “Saüc” in Barcelona, by Xavier Franco, who earned the first star in 2012. This unique experience gave him the opportunity to learn how products from the sea are mixed skilfully and in unknown manner with those from the mountains.

Combining experiences in the best restaurants and venues in Barcelona, chef Salvador also won several cooking challenges such as FRIPAN cooking challenge or also pastry challenges organised by Nestle. 
Chef Salvador, returned to his ambition in learning different cuisines while showcasing his tradition under the form of tapas and small dishes to share. He creates a journey through flavours and textures, a unique voyage through traditions. 

Chef Salvador saw in Hong Kong the opportunity to become the ambassador of his unique region and keep learning from the best.
